Ineptness at Chernobyl??? Recently, it was revealed for the first time by an award-winning author (sorry, I forgot her name) that an earthquake (Richter Scale <7) that happened near the Chernobyl plant was probably partly, if not wholly, responsible for the disaster. I wonder if we all had been overly quick at jumping to conclusions???
