2. My "attitude" is about HOW people use bulletin boards. That is,The appropriatness of the content for the type of forum it is. Your freind may indeed have a legitimate problem but it may be way "off subject" for the "Silicon Investor" techstocks section. Did it really add something to the thread? The VAR (commercial accounts) or Retail store which sold your associate the computer should be the first place to return for reparations. While there ar many folks on this forum who would like to be helpful and certainly could be helpful, your initial framing of the post set it off wrong. (Don't go into sales!)
