Yes, it is a proven fact that the vaccine does not prevent Covid. Nor does it prevent the transmission of Covid.

Millions of vaxed people have gotten Covid, and transmitted it.

But the clueless President said it prevents Covid and prevents the transmission of Covid. Many times. That is a lie. It is disinformation. And he is a blatant liar.
