Not me, I've still got LEN boxed, and my finger on the trigger....BZH is a worthy target though not for the faint of heart. That POS trades like a dot com in 2000 (January, not April!<G>)

EDIT: I'd also wait until after the new housing permits number is released tomorrow...should be one more "last ditch" buyers rush to catch rates before they skyrocket to the stratosphere.
