Wow, from Mr. Carlson himself. :) Anyone have any opinions about this deal? My first impression is long term positive (you have to consolidate the industry, these smaller players cannot get shelf space on their own)...Koala drinks are delicious by the way and are prominently displayed in Loblaw's (Canada's biggest food chain). But short term negative: dilution, more dilution if warrants are exercised. Also you can't be too happy making acquisitions with stock with the stock trading at such low levels. The market does not seem at all disappointed, however, plenty of bids out there.
