Chart believes there is a constitutional right to purchase an assault rifle with a 100 round magazine. He thinks there are no limits on the second amendment - even the right to purchase a machine gun.

Purchasing a machine gun is perfectly legal if the purchaser meets certain requirements. Also, there is a constitutional right to purchase a so-called "assault rifle" (a term rooted in firearm cosmetics) when meeting certain requirements. If you think the Second Amendment is equivocal on these points, please demonstrate by way of evidence, Mr. Lawyer.
