Dear Ram: Damn if I know!! But, I will not believe we are out of the Woods until 1/1/2000. My fear was always the utilities, refineries and drug companies. IMBEDDED systems was in my mind the problem more so than software. (Imbedded systems have the software BURNED IN and thus cannot be reprogrammed but must be replaced). JDN
