Yes, I wasn't certain about the intent of the depiction either.

The artist who created the Bull offered to create a Bear as well, but the City claimed poverty. I cannot recall the exact circumstances but the Bull is a very cool thing to see, when I traded downtown I took my kids in one day to see the Exchange and they were wowed by the Bull.

I think it was in a recent movie called "Hitch", where one of the minor villains ends up with his head in the Bull's rear end.

My first impression was that they were noting the stock trading was getting more restrictive...Been meaning to get a subscription but probably not intelligent enough to understand the content.
