Thanks Larry. Have you tried the Yahoo news alert function ? (http://alerts.yahoo.com/config/edit_notification?.t=n&.s=u&.done=/config/set_notification%3f.t=n) I use it to filter news announcement regarding other kinds of corporate actions and I guess it should also work well to screen for floorless converts, although I guess one has to set up several filters to catch them all. Can you name some more search criterias apart from "lessor" ;-)? How long do you hold the short ? Until conversion occured ? Regards, Oliver
