Brian Mc Donald left me a rather lengthy voice mail this afternoon and the drift was as follows: 1) His first question when he arrived at MTSN was "why does only one analyst followed the stock?" 2) He agreed with me, that there is a good story to tell and he is determined to tell it. 3) He indicated that he had established several relationships (I assume with investment firms) since coming on board and expects those efforts will bear fruit in the next four weeks. 4) He has noticed increasing interest in the stock in recent weeks from the press, trade journals, and investment services. 5) He has not given any recent guidance to DLJ lately. The last official guidance MTSN has given to the investment community was in April and that was for a 2 cents loss for the current quarter. He stated that he was presently attempting to contact Bob Mayer at DLJ. (I assume he is the analyst who follows MTSN). 6) He encouraged me to call him again if I had any further questions. He seems to be a very personable guy. I have never talked to Mora so I can't draw a comparison. All in all, it sounded quite promising. Phil
