Typical distribution agreement by a startup. they need millions of customers and millions of hits on their website to justify their ridiculous market valuation on IPO. If anyone is interested in this stock, they have plenty of opportunity to buy it using dollar cost averaging. I believe the $13.50 is acting as a roof, prior to any news annoucements that will make it act as a floor. However, the price behavior of S3 through this last week of volatility shows substantial price support of institutions (or speculators). I still believe we can hit $50 in 5 qtrs through increased earnings. But what do I know? I've been really wrong about this stock before. BL
