everyone investing in the stock market wants the stock
they buy to drop the day they want to buy it.
then, after they buy, it should rise in price.
well, that is not how the game is played.
back to the preferred. we covered it once, going
back in time. company ,at the time, needed cash.
so they sold preferred bonds. the bond holders
sold the preferred for common stock in a
conversion.
prln got 5.7 million in cash. yes, it issued a lot of
stock for this. such is life..
