The results are not all bad.

"Total net revenues in the U.S. constituted 46 percent of total revenues, compared with 36 percent in Europe, 9 percent in Japan, and 9 percent in the rest of the world. Inprise's business in Asia remained flat in the third quarter, and declined approximately 35 percent from the comparable quarter last year.

INPR has taken a 35 percent decline in the Asian market and yet the bottom line is not bad. Europe and US markets should continue to grow. Any recovery in Asia will have big impact on INPR's revenues, but further declines should not be a big problem.

$16M from Starfish is much more than the numbers thrown around on this thread. They will be able to buyback the 10% easily. Hopefully, buyback resumes tomorrow.
