MLRE- i have only found it to be a good sign when the ask is moving up.it is not uncommon in the beginning stages when you have a gap for the bid to appear higher......... 22 minutes before it become interesting. actually that is becoming my favorite time.. no pressure, it is not in my control and i just relax and watch.
