Management percentage doesn't change. One-for-ten on the common is equal to one-for-twopointfive on the preferred which is already four-for-one.

2.5 x 4 = 10
10 ÷ 2.5 = 4

But ... what if you call yer certs - #Subject-27482 - and the line is busy?
