On the front page of the WSJ:

The Nasdaq composite slid 1.8% to 1820.57, its lowest level since November 1998, as tech stocks fell. The Dow industrials may post its worst first quarter since 1960.

With headlines like these, I'm not so sure the average investor is gonna take all that sidelined money and just jump right back into stocks. CD's, money markets, and bonds are probably looking pretty good right about now.
