That's core fact about Trumpers. Even when its shown they were duped into believing lies by people who KNEW they were lying... they are not ashamed of being duped and they continue to believe the lies.

That is the CORE reason for the Trump phenomena... and for the rise of Putin and Hitler and all the other tyrants who convinced the rubes of the lies they themselve knew were lies.

One would think that over time they'd become skeptical... nope... more and more gullible.

We hope the ignorant middle who are "not political" gradually realizes that attempted coups, threats of violence, and the lies the right perpetrates are not good for our society. We all have beefs with bureaucracy, but no matter what the beef with bureaucracy, its better to have an imperfect rule of law in a democratic, bureaucracy than a dictatorship ruled by violent, opportunist, anarchists like the Trumpers.
