You can try e-mailing or calling the Office of the Secretary of State of Nevada and asking them. There is an e-mail address and phone number that can be found by digging around on their home page at sos.state.nv.us . Commercial Filings Status:
$3.50 per call: 1-900-535-3355 I haven't called them - maybe someone who has in investment in GGNC might want to spend the $3.50 to find out additional information - there is always a possibility that the web site contains out-of-date or incorrect information.
