Thanks, Randy It wouldn't make sense for him to come after me but he's a hot head. Turns out he has threatened other posters before and done nothing. I'm sure his legal counsel has advised him against it. I think he would file in PA or NY. I have online access to legal docs and will start looking next week to get a jump start. I have two reporters who want first dibs on the story. I said I'd have to wait to see what legal counsel would think of that. Turns out reporters are now following the boards about the mob article. I got a threatening phone call earlier stating that I would be lucky if Fred just sued me, "if you know what I mean." Sounds like as ASTN long trying to shake me off the boards or maybe someone actually from ASTN? This is silly but because of ASTN's mob relationship I went to my local gun range earlier and boned up. Hadn't been in a while, thought maybe ammo gets stale and I should get new ammo. A guy on the street came up to me and I got a little defensive, "WHAT DO YOU WANT?" He was just trying to ask me out. I felt pretty stupid. Maybe that's all the CEO wanted to accomplish. You accomplished it, Fred. Knock it off already. ;-)
