Rambus inc. revenue from their quarterly report indicated that enough RIMMs were sold to support 1.8 Million P4s sold for Q2. (there are some assumptions regarding the number of RIMMs per machine there, visit the RMBS thread for an extended discussion). If Intel sold 27 million parts in the quarter then 7% were P4s.
