Barrie, Who am I calling sweetie? Why....I'm just trying to butter you up so that when you become famous as the best Internet presence there is, and when companies come beating at your door for you to represent them, that you'll maybe give me an autograph or something. As to the dilution...wanna hear my guess? Ok...my guess is that the newest dilution has already happened...to the tune of about maybe two million shares...at about 50 cents. I guess we'll find out shortly and see if the number of shares go up to about 11 million or not. Ok....I'm glad to hear that you partially disagree with me...it is good to know that sometimes the escrow period can mean something, but I think I'm still a bit of a skeptic on that one...I guess I'd have to really see it to believe it. So....how's the reporting requirements coming along? Juanita
