You've got to get out more R... Do a "Travels With Charley" tour around the US and you will see exactly what the real Americans in the Heartland think. And BTW, I noticed in Victoria, that most of the Canadians we spoke to agreed with my thoughts exactly. They were horrified at 9-11, and also Madrid, and Bali, and London, and now, India.... Hide your head if you wish. The Americans won't be able to bail you out. You can't expect socialized everything, and have the defense part of your responsibility left to others in the long run. God helps those who help themselves is an old, and useful adage.
