You say, "The word is IDX has not been upgrading its AFIS technology, and is replacing old line AFIS staff with much younger IDT people."

Who's word are you talking about? Investor relations? Do you know someone who works for the company? Or is this just a supposition on your part? Can you be more specific to back up your statement?
