Rick: I heard that the numbers were supposed to be out on Wednesday,
Feb 19. It's Q4 so things take a little longer waiting for the audit;
the acquisition took place after year end, so should not slow down the
earnings release at all.

I don't see how AFCX can help having great comparisons in December and
March - things weren't that strong a year ago. Normally Q4 is a good
bit lower than Q3, so if the company comes in with $.39 - $.41 in the
quarter it shouldn't have any immediate impact. I am hoping for
numbers noticeably better than that, enough to move expectations for
1997 up from the current $1.75 level. We'll see in a week.
