Hi Paul- As an institutional trader I used to handle all the distributions for a number of V/C's. Usually the shares go to unsophisticated holders who drive the companies stock down temporarily. This is an especially large distribution and I am shocked that there has not been more downside pressure on the stock. After i see some volume trade i would be long the stock as I believe there will be more near term positive news.
