PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 23, 1997-- ConSyGen Inc. (NASDAQ BB:
CSGI) announced today that it has engaged Martin E. Janis & Co. to conduct its
financial and public relations activities.

Ron Bishop, president and CEO said today, " ConSyGen has retained Martin E.
Janis & Company, Inc., Chicago, to conduct the campaign to bring the company's
story to the financial and business communities as well as to the general public."

ConSyGen Inc., headquartered in Phoenix, provides a fully automated solution to fix
the Year 2000 problem found in many software programs that were written without

automated software conversion services for clients who wish to move their
application from one hardware system to another (often called downsizing,
migration, or re-coding).

ConSyGen intends to conduct financial and investor relations meetings in major

Angeles, Boston and Toronto.
