Technically it's screaming buy now. But with management opening stores on top of each other, franchisees failing to participate in promotions, and management in general showing no direction whatsoever, you really need to wonder what MCD will be trading at this time next year. When I was a kid back in the 70's, there was a MCD's in every other town. Now in the same area there is a MCD in every town and some towns in my area have a full size mcd and a Mcdonalds'ette compeating with each other. I don't know how same store sale is expected to increase when their available market share is eaten up buy new stores opening up a few miles down the road. I live in a town of 13,000 people and have 5 mcdonalds within a 6 mile radius of my house. It makes no sense. Hopefully oversees openings will help. Or at a minimum, start cooking their frys in lard again.
