Former Staar Chairman/CEO Lamar F. Laster has a new startup at CMMI (OTC). Will be moving very quickly soon. Lots of news coming: CMMI new site under development (not announced yet): doc-online.com. Will provide 24 hour psychiatric services via the internet. Also have a corporate site being developed at c-m-m-i.com. Michael Dell's brother is on the board. D.E. Frye is involved in the financing.
