Roger, $46 is certainly a reasonable current valuation for ETEC, which is not the same thing as saying it's a good short, though it is quite volatile. On your second point, Jack King, it's probably true that "where there's smoke there's fire," but the smoke and fire are at Zitel. That, IMO, is why Jack left the ETEC board. Best -Steve
