Hmmm... I also use IE 3.02. The only other setting that I know of that might have an affect is under the "Navigation" tab of the "Options" dialog. If the # of days for history is set at 0, it would not know what URLs you've visited. For that matter, if there is some sort of problem with your history folder, that would also do it. Press the "View History..." button. If a bunch of files come up, then the lack of history is not your problem, either.

Sorry, that's all I can think of. I do feel confident, however, the problem is with the browser itself, not SI. (You should see the same thing happening on non-SI pages, too.)
