I saw that too. You got to wonder when the "experts" are going to say the oil sector is oversold. Right now in many of these stocks, it appears the only people buying are the small guys. Though I did hear that Michael Price increased his holdings from 11 to 15% recently in Trico Marine. So, at least one person is thinking like I am.
