53.91% of Alphatrade is owned directly or Indirectly by Gordon Muir and Penny Perfect. ( Husband and Wife ).

18.87% is Owned by Unicorn Trade and Commerce, which was the software developer taken over. Unicorn is beneficially owned by Mr. DeNoyo.

That is 72.78% in the hands of three entities.
