I stick to the fruits, veggies and meat but add some low calorie dressing on salads for a few fat grams. By doing the 5 days on/1-2 days off, I avoid going "psycho" from dieting and eat healthy but not to the point of avoiding anything not considered diet food on my off days.

Plenty of water, moderate exercise and steam/sauna a few times a week is also working. Down about 15 right now and will post results in a few weeks with my goal of losing 30 pounds total.

I really like this diet approach. Its healthy and I'm rarely hungry. If I get hungry... I dust an apple, orange, carrot sticks or something that gives me energy and leaves me satisfied. Atkins is a dangerous diet fad IMO. Too much fat and cholesterol. Long-term consequences must be considered in a diet choice.
