UPDATE February 10 1997 TRIQUANTA INVESTMENTS LIMITED Symbol: TQT Alberta Stock Exchange Triquanta Investments Limited is pleased to announce they have signed an Agreement to aquire 100% of US based CELTIC ENGINEERING subject to regulatory approval. This agreement covers all assets of Celtic Engineering including land, building, equipment and inventory. The owner and management will rermain with the company. Celtic Engineering installs PCS and microwave fibre optic and satilite communications equipment for the US and foreign communications markets. Celtic is also involved in the refurbishment and sale of state of the art central office telecommunications equipment.
