Picked up some HRT at the open today. Bought DGII, one of the picks in the MSN piece, near the close yesterday. I realize institutional ownership is high so it doesn't meet all of the parameters here, but I saw the dip after the recent earnings report as a buying opportunity anyway (getting a good company at a decent price)so I think downside is limited. If there indeed was some tax-loss selling as well, all the better.
