Not a good business decision in my view. Use those millions to develop new markets for all its products. I think Gauzy is going to be growing in all its divisions. If it sells 100M of SPD products, it would cost them 15M. How much would it pay for REFR IP? I would imagine it would be significantly higher than 15 or even 100M. As for ADAS, if it can sell it for less without SPD then that's a good business decision. And lastly, it owns a lot of shares and its CEO is on the board. I think Gauzy shareholders would agree. ND
