Here is a link to the June 30 quarterly report.

While we all would like to see the LifeGuide meter completed "yesterday", I sure am glad that the Integ scientists are taking the time necessary to insure that the product not only will meet the needs of diabetics but will outperform competing designs as of it's initial release.
Management is wise to employ a solid long term strategy as opposed to rushing to market. Look what happened to BICO when they were "forced" to submit data based on a non-optimized prototype.

Here's some idle speculation: Perhaps an additional motivation for the redesign is to incorporate features that would enable the meter to communicate with external devices. This is a strong point of the i-Stat system, and has enabled it to interface with the monitorimg equipment from Hewlett Packard. Of course this feature would primarily be usefull within a hospital setting. Are there any doc's reading this thread that could speak to the usefullness of this "hypothesized" feature?
