The company by itself CUC (premerger) appears to be an excellent one in the online services business, which I get the feel, is growing exponentally. Add in the recent additions of the fast growing Sierra Online, the leader in CD-Rom games, and fast growing Davidson, one of the leaders in educational software, and it appears this company can't miss. It will be interesting to see the outcome on the bottom line of these THREE extremely fast growing companies under one blanket. The next two to three quarters will show the path that they head. I think that is what the analysts see as the bright spot. You are right, information is scarce. I have tons if info on Sierra (premerger) but little on CUC and Davidson. I use to be a trader in Sierra, but with the interest in this new merger, I have switched to loooooong.
