This is one of the few stocks that I buy and intend to hold 'forever'; so I don't really pay too much attention to its day to day fluctuation. The company is trying to position themselves in this emerging market and they are the only real player so far. UI is a huge market and at this point they are the only company that can cure UI problem. The success rate so far is almost 90% which is extremely good; their treatment system does not require FDA approval, and the costs are paid for by most insurance companies.
Analysts expect them to make approximately $.60/share for 1998 and if they can come close to that estimate, i think the stock will probably have a good chance to go up. In the meantime I just wait.

Good luck
