We do not provide transaction processing; we provide call center management systems. As to the studies, any analyst would indicate there are four leaders in the outbound/blended call management market: Melita, Davox, EIS and Mosaix.
I suspect (I was not here then) the study quoted was done by Tern Systems, but Forester, Gartner, Dataquest and Datapro would say the same thing. Any of them could provide you with the top 50 suppliers; we only track the top four (mentioned above) since those four dominate the market, especially with the larger call centers.
