psi will partner with someone who can provide them the mktg savvy they dont have, and most likely a strong reseller channel. someone who wont swallow them up, but rather help them grow the network and create brand appeal. I dont see this as a telco, but rather a hardware vendor, like an IBM, though this is all speculation of course, which is all wonderful, leading to grandiose market values like $550M, and a soon to be rising stock price ...
