My point was to question the relevancy of the issue of Kopp making a profit. Dave K's concern is legitimate though because it is clear that they bailed out in a big way at a low-ball price. YOU ALSO MAKE IT CLEAR THAT THEY COULD NOT BE MAKING A PROFIT! Perhaps you could expound on the probable reasons why they sold out.
