The company has amended its proposed shares for debt settlement reported in
Stockwatch May 19, 1998.
The company now proposes to settle debts totalling $146,634.25 owed to nine creditors by way of the issuance of 977,542 shares at a deemed price of 15 cents.

WHO ARE THE NINE CREDITORS? Well someone I know told me that the creditors were in fact the "insiders" of this company who had
been footing the company bills at this time. I believe that most of the company stock are curently held by the insiders and someday down the road they will be running up this stock. That was one of the main
reason why the small shareholders(the public) were unable to defeat a share roll back plan at the shareholder anual meeting on March(majority win)

I was the one who had been buying up over 70,000 from 0.11 to 0.03 range without any flourish of trumpets through Nesbitt and 082 houses for the last 6 months.

I made $32000 profit in PCH(M) using the same strategy picking up 50,000 shares below 0.12 when everybody else was selling, and sold at 0.40. range. I am a very patient investor who always play against
the market crowd( always the losers).
