One thing I have grown to respect is the level of due diligence which Bill performs. If you follow his posts you will find extremely well reasoned conclusions. He also throws in the downside of what may happen. Personally I find his postings to be informative and constructive. I don't always agree with him yet disagreements are quite infrequent. I applaud his contributions to this board and any board I have seen him participate. I would sincerely hope that this forum would be one in which constructive participation is encouraged.
