Howie, I believe you're right. Could someone else clarify this point? Can insiders sell before filing, and if so, how many days before? Since MHMY has been a pure momentum play, the news of the sales will have an effect whether the actual shares are offered tomorrow or not. We now know the float has been doubled and the people who run and own the company are getting out all they can. It also seems unlikely those shares have been sold already; yesterday's up-volume of two million shares can't have been it, though selling may have started today (Tuesday). We'll gap down and the momos will give up on it; the new float is too much to swallow. I can't see a single argument for the upside at this point. Kailash
