Tushar, re: I think (NOT based on any precise analysis)that Intel has a good chance at turning the Strongarm/Xsacle stuff into a success in a big way. I think it has a fair shot at something similar with the network processors and maybe with some of the the Ethernet business. If they succeed in both, Barrett will be a hero. If they succeed in one, things will be ok. Was the DEC/Strong Arm acquisition pre-Barrett as CEO? John
