The mobile 1.2GHZ Athlon 4 is very clearly on AMD's roadmap for this year and is a minor change from the existing 1.0 parts. This same core packaged as the Athlon MP is available at 1.2GHZ and overclockers have had no trouble taking it to 1.6GHZ with a good fan (and much higher with exotic cooling methods). The mobile 1.2GHZ Athlon 4 for Q4 is going to happen. Other parts (like McKinley or Northwood or Hammer) could be delayed or cancelled, but mobile Athlon 4 looks good.
