USCI has apparently contracted CMKX disease....

The SEC has halted trading of USCI until December 14th.

Greetings:

I hope this email finds you in good spirits and health. I am sending this notification to help give our members a 'heads up' regarding our stock, USCI.pk. Today it was learned that the SEC has halted trading of USCI stock, along with twenty-five other companies from December 1st until December 14th. As if this time, no one is sure as to what the exact reason of the halt is. The official word, as per the SEC web site, is that USCI: "FAILED TO MAKE REQUIRED PERIODIC FILINGS".

I have provided a link at the bottom of this email to the SEC so you can investigate yourself. Unfortunately I am just as unknowing as to what is happening as any else is. However I ask members to periodically check back to the Community Board for updates as to what is going on.

It would be wise not to jump to conclusions about the situation. The truth of the situation will make itself apparent within this two week time period. I ask you to check the board for updates as this situation is only a day old.
