There is speculation happening, that is why the stock is priced at .25 cents instead of a penny or even being delisted. In a sense this as much of a fraud as Bre-X we waited for over half a year for them to get financing and then 2 weeks before the deadline they line up something but a week before we find out the placement was made to crooks. Just like Bre-X the goods were not there.
