JLA, A couple of questions: Under the circumstances, wouldn't your friend have grounds for a wrongful termination or discharge suit? As for the secretary (and I use that term loosely), aren't there some charges that could be brought against her and her admitted accomplice? A few possibilities come to mind, and Federal and other documentation was involved. Holly
